Esports Illustrated and HOF Gaming Join Forces to Deliver Original Content Series
Esports Illustrated, the premier source for stories about the world of esports and competitive gaming, is thrilled to announce a strategic partnership with HOF Gaming, a lifestyle and gaming organization founded by NFL superstars DeSean Jackson and Preston Smith. This collaboration aims to merge the realms of esports and traditional sports, offering fans a unique content experience featuring NFL athletes, esports players, and their favorite video games.
Through this partnership, Esports Illustrated and HOF will launch multiple content series featuring NFL superstars DeSean Jackson, Antonio Gibson and Call of Duty Warzone professional player, Zsmit.

- Da Gulag Madden Tournament: HOF Founder, DeSean Jackson, joins Twitch Streamer, SL1M GHOST’s Gulag Tournament, where some of the best Madden NFL players play for cash prizes and recognition. Fans can on watch on Esports Illustrated’s Twitch channel, live on Wednesday, August 16 at 8 pm ET
- DeSean Jackson Learns Call of Duty Warzone ft. zSmit: Join and watch Desean Jackson’s evolution from NFL superstar to Call of Duty Warzone contender, while being coached by professional player, zSmit. This four-part series will launch every Friday at 7pm ET starting August 18th on Esports Illustrated’s YouTube channel.
Apex Legends Tournament hosted in partnership with zLeague: Hosted by zLeague and HOF Gaming, the Apex Legends Tournament Antonio Gibson Apex Duos Presented by HOF Gaming. Fans can follow coverage of the tournament on Esports Illustrated and watch it live on Thursday August 31st at 8:00pm ET on Esports Illustrated’s Twitch channel.
